肿瘤内科护士管理中人文关怀管理的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析针对肿瘤内科护士采用人文关怀管理形式的应用价值。方法选取2020年12月—2022年12月郴州市第一人民医院肿瘤内科护士30名。以盲选法分为对照组15名、观察组15名。对照组采用常规管理形式,观察组采用人文关怀管理形式。比较两组工作满意度、护理服务质量。结果管理后,观察组的护理专业认同度、工作积极性、工作氛围、专业知识技能、人际关系、管理措施及制度、工作负荷、工作待遇等评分均比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,观察组的入院护理、护士仪表、服务态度、服务技能、病区环境等评分均比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对肿瘤内科护士采用人文关怀管理形式,可以提升护理人员的工作满意度与护理服务质量水平。Objective To analyze the application value of humanistic care management form for nurses in medical on-cology department.Methods Thirty nurses in the medical oncology department of the First People's Hospital of Chen-zhou City from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected.Blind selection method was used to divide 15 sub-jects into control group and 15 subjects into observation group.The control group adopted the conventional manage-ment form,the observation group adopted the humanistic care management form.Job satisfaction and nursing service quality were compared between the two groups.Results After management,the scores of nursing professional recogni-tion,work enthusiasm,work atmosphere,professional knowledge and skills,interpersonal relationship,management measures and systems,work load and work treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,scores of admission nursing,nurses'meters,service attitude,service skills and ward environment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of humanistic care management form for medical oncology nurses can improve the level of job satisfaction and nursing service qual-ity of nursing staff.
