摘  要:目的探索以病例为基础,以能力为导向的临床教学方法改革研究。方法选取2021年7月—2023年4月锦州医科大学附属第一医院的临床医学专业4个小组的实习医学生80名作为研究对象,采取随机数表法将医学生分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),对照组实施传统教学,观察组实施以病例为基础,以能力为导向的临床教学。评价两种干预方式对医学生综合能力、批判性思维能力的影响。结果干预后,观察组学生综合能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组学生中文版批判性思维能力测量表得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在以病例为基础,以能力为导向的临床教学方法下对临床医学教学进行不断的改革与创新能够有效提升医学生的考试成绩,改善其评判思维能力,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the case-based and ability oriented reform of clinical teaching methods.Methods A total of 80 medical interns from 4 groups of clinical medicine majors in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medi⁃cal University from July 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.The medical students were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)by random number table method.Traditional teaching was implemented in the control group,while case-based and ability oriented clinical teaching was implemented in the ob⁃servation group.To evaluate the influence of two intervention methods on the comprehensive ability and critical think⁃ing ability of medical students.Results After the intervention,the comprehensive ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After inter⁃vention,Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the case-based and competency-based clinical teaching method,continuous reform and innovation in clinical medicine teaching can effectively improve medical students'examination scores and improve their ability of judging thinking,which has high application value.
