摘 要:公立医院定岗定编一直是医院管理的难点,如何在符合医院高质量发展需求的同时,建立有效的定岗定编流程是关键。定岗定编工作虽然存在一定开展难度,但却属于人事改革中的基础性环节,也是实现医院精简提速的重要举措。人事管理由“身份”向“岗位”转变是科学化管理发展的必经之路,才能够更加有效推动建立和完善规范化、科学化的医院管理体系。该文从定岗定编的目的、原则、流程方面进行了相应的探讨。Public hospital post assignment has always been a difficult point in hospital management.How to establish an effective post assignment process while meeting the high quality development needs of hospitals is the key.Al-though it is difficult to carry out the job assignment,it belongs to the basic link of personnel reform and is also an im-portant measure to achieve hospital streamlining and speeding up.The transformation of personnel management from"identity"to"position"is the only way for the development of scientific management,so as to promote the establish-ment and improvement of a standardized and scientific hospital management system more effectively.This article ex-plored the purpose,principle and process of posting and scheduling.
