摘  要:文章以崇仁麻鸡汤为原料,以嘌呤去除率为考察指标,探究不同类型树脂(001×7、001×8、D001、SQD-67、D113、SQ-70A、D201、D301、DA201-C、DA201-CⅡ)的静态吸附性能。筛选合适的树脂型号后,探究吸附工艺参数(树脂用量、吸附时间、吸附温度、振荡速度)对考察指标的影响以及树脂的再生循环性能。结果表明,001×8树脂对鸡汤嘌呤的去除率最高,经响应面优化得到最佳反应条件:树脂用量4 g,吸附时间4.4 h,吸附温度15.4℃,振荡速度120 r/min。同时,经试验验证,001×8树脂在对鸡汤嘌呤显著降低的同时有良好的再生和重复利用效果,具有较高的应用价值。In this paper,Chongren chicken soup is used as the raw material and purine removal rate is used as the investigation index to explore the static adsorption properties of different types of resins(001×7,001×8,D001,SQD-67,D113,SQ-70A,D201,D301,DA201-C,DA201-CⅡ).After screening suitable resin models,the effects of adsorption process parameters(resin dosage,adsorption time,adsorption temperature and oscillation velocity)on the investigation index and the regeneration cycle property of resins are explored.The results show that 001×8 resin has the highest removal rate of purine in chicken soup.The optimal reaction conditions obtained by response surface optimization are resin dosage of 4 g,adsorption time of 4.4 h,adsorption temperature of 15.4℃and oscillation velocity of 120 r/min.At the same time,it is verified by the test that 001×8 resin can significantly reduce the purine in chicken soup,and has good regeneration and reuse effect and higher application value.
