摘 要:复合材料船体结构主要由加筋板架构成,其强度设计的核心问题之一在于定量计算复合材料加筋板面内刚度。为此,首先基于纵向和横向拉伸变形,利用变形协调和卡氏定理给出了复合材料帽型加筋层合板面内刚度的解析表达式;然后,开展了复合材料帽型加筋层合板纵向和横向拉伸实验,实测板的应变并与等效刚度对应的解析解进行比较;最后,用ABAQUS有限元软件计算复合材料帽型加筋板的应变和变形,折算出面内刚度。研究结果表明:解析解、数值解及实验值三者很接近,验证了等效面内刚度解析解的正确性,为复合材料帽型加筋板强度设计奠定了一定的理论基础。Composite hull is mainly composed of stiffened panels.Quantitative calculation of stiffness is one of the core problems in strength design for composite hat-stiffened panel.Firstly,based on the longitudinal and transverse tensile deformation,the in-plane stiffness of composite hat-stiffened panel was obtained by the compatibility of deformation and the Castigliano′s theorem.Then,longitudinal and transverse tensile experiments of composite hat-stiffened panel were carried out to measure the strain of the panel,which was compared with the analytical solution corresponding to the equivalent stiffness.Finally,the strain and deformation of the hat-stiffened panel were calculated with ABAQUS.The results of the study show that the analytical solution,the numerical solution and the experimental value are in good agreement,which verifies the correctness of the analytical solution of equivalent in-plane stiffness and lays a certain theoretical foundation for the strength design of composite hat-stiffened panel.
