摘　　要：由新型冠状病毒(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2)感染引起的新冠肺炎可引起咳嗽、发热、细胞因子风暴、急性呼吸窘迫综合征等症状。SARS-CoV-2不但对人类健康造成重大侵害,还严重制约了全球经济发展。SARS-CoV-2可吸附宿主细胞表面的硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白多糖(Heparan sulfate proteoglycans,HSPGs)并与血管紧张素转换酶2(Angiotensin converting enzyme 2,ACE2)结合,通过不断复制侵入宿主细胞,造成肺脏、肾脏和心血管等器官疾病的发生。乳铁蛋白(Lactoferrin,LF)是一种糖胺聚糖(Glycosaminoglycan,GAG)结合蛋白,具有抗病毒、抗菌、调节免疫、缓解炎症等多种功能。研究发现,乳铁蛋白可竞争性结合HSPGs,并具有辅助治疗新冠肺炎的重要作用。通过对乳铁蛋白抑制SARS-CoV-2感染及对新冠肺炎辅助治疗相关的研究进展进行综述,为其在医学、食品领域的应用提供理论参考。COVID-19 caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)can cause cough,fever,cytokine storm,acute respiratory distress syndrome and other symptoms.SARS-CoV-2 not only caused serious damage to human health,but also seriously restricted the development of the global economy,and has become a great threat to the global human public health security problem.SARS-CoV-2 can adsorb Heparan sulfate proteoglycans(HSPGs)on the surface of host cells and bind to Angiotensin converting enzyme 2(ACE2),and invade host cells through continuous replication,causing lung,kidney and cardiovascular diseases.Lactoferrin is a Glycosaminoglycan(GAG)binding protein,which has many functions such as antiviral,antibacterial,immune regulation and inflammation relief.The study found that lactoferrin can competitively bind to HSPGs and has a vital role in adjuvant treatment of COVID-19.This paper reviews the research progress of lactoferrin in inhibiting SARS-CoV-2 infection and adjuvant treatment of COVID-19,aiming to provide theoretical reference for its application in medicine and food fields.
