摘　　要：目的:分析中耳炎乳突根治术患者护理中行持续质量改进干预策略对抑郁症筛查量表(PHQ-9)评分和广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)评分的影响。方法:选择2020年1月—2021年12月收治的中耳炎乳突根治术患者124例,根据电脑数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组62例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行持续质量改进干预策略。比较两组患者的护理效果、心理状态、听力水平及生活质量。结果:干预后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,PHQ-9评分、GAD-7评分、气骨导差(ABG)、气导听阈(AC)及苏黎世慢性中耳炎量表(ZCMEI)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中耳炎乳突根治术患者护理中行持续质量改进干预策略效果显著,不仅可提高患者护理效果,改善心理状态与听力水平,而且还能提高患者生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of continuous quality improvement intervention strategy on patiennt health questionaire(PHQ-9)score and generalized anxiety disorder-7(GAD-7)score in nursing of patients with radical mastoidectomy for otitis media.Methods:All 124 cases of patients with radical mastoidectomy for otitis media who were admitted to the otolaryngology department of hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were collected,the patients were randomly divided into control group(n=62)and observation group(n=62).The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given continuous quality improvement intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect,psychological status,hearing level and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the scores of PHQ-9,GAD-7,air-bone gap(ABG),air conduction hearing threshold(AC)and the zurich chronic middle ear inventory(ZCMEI)were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of continuous quality improvement intervention strategy in the nursing of patients with radical mastoidectomy for otitis media is remarkable,which can not only improve the nursing effect of patients,improve the psychological state and hearing level,but also further improve the quality of life of patients.
