摘　　要：芫花素是研究活跃的黄酮类化合物,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗凋亡、降低血脂和胆固醇、护肝等良好的生理活性。介绍了芫花素的结构特点和物化性质,综述了近年来芫花素在医药工业中分析检测的研究进展,以期为芫花素的检测技术及相关中药质量控制提供参考,并展望了其发展前景。Genkwanin is a flavonoid with anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,antiapoptosis,lowering blood lipid and cholesterol,liver protection and other physiological activities.The structural characteristics and physicochemical properties were introduced while the progress of the analysis and detection of Genkwanin in the pharmaceutical in-dustry in recent years was reviewed in order to provide reference for the detection technology of Genkwanin and the quality control of related traditional Chinese medicine,and looks forward to its development prospect.
