摘　　要：目的分析品管圈活动对提高规培及实习医师正确填写住院病案首页消化内镜手术分级的效果,提高临床教学技能。方法研究时间2021年1月1日-2021年12月31日,筛选出2021年1月1日-2021年3月31日规培及实习医师填写的涉及消化内镜手术的住院病案首页154例,分析错漏填情况,运用品管圈活动制定对策及改进措施,对比品管圈活动后2021年6月1日-2021年9月30日的住院病案首页230例,采用χ^(2)检验比较品管圈活动前后住院病案首页手术分级填写正确率,通过目标达标率、进步率及无形成果等评价品管圈活动成效。结果通过品管圈活动,规培及实习医师填写住院病案首页消化内镜手术分级的平均正确率为94.78%,达到目标值(93.45%),与活动前对比有显著差异(P<0.05),实施QCC活动后规培及实习医师填写住院病案首页消化内镜手术分级正确率显著提高,目标达标率为105.55%,进步率为36.41%。圈员分析问题能力、手法运用熟练度、积极性等无形成果的成长率分别为34.0%、39.1%和32.0%,均为正向成长。结论通过品管圈活动可以显著提高规培及实习医师填写住院病案首页消化内镜手术分级的正确率,提高住院病案首页的质量,提供了一种面向初级医师的临床教学方案。Objectives To analyze the effect of Quality Control Circle activities on improving routine training and correctly filling out the classification of digestive endoscopic surgery on the front page of inpatient medical records,and improve clinical teaching skills.Methods From January 1st,2021 to December 31st,2021,154 cases of the front page of inpatient medical records involving digestive endoscopic surgery filled in by standardized training students and interns from January 1st,2021 to March 31st,2021 were selected.The errors and omissions were analyzed,and countermeasures and improvement measures were formulated by using Quality Control Circle activities.230 cases of front page inpatient medical records from June 1st,2021 to September 30th,2021 after the Quality Control Circle activity were compared.Chi-square test was used to compare the correct rate of filling in the surgical grading on the front page of inpatient medical records before and after the Quality Control Circle activity.The effectiveness of the Quality Control Circle activity was evaluated by the target reaching rate,progress rate and intangible results.Results Through the Quality Control Circle activity,the average correct rate of filling out the classification of digestive endoscopic surgery on the front page of inpatient medical records was 94.78%,reaching the target value(93.45%),which was significantly different from that before the activity(P<0.05).After the implementation of QCC activity,the grading accuracy of digestive endoscopic surgery was significantly improved,with the target reaching rate of 105.55%and the improvement rate of 36.41%.The growth rates of intangible achievements such as problem analysis ability,skill proficiency and enthusiasm of circle members were 34.0%,39.1%and 32.0%,respectively,showing positive growth.Conclusions The Quality Control Circle activity could significantly improve the correct rate of training and filling out the grade of digestive endoscopic surgery on the front page of inpatient medical records,improve t
