摘 要:文章基于2012—2021年我国的省级面板数据,利用固定效应模型的OLS回归方法并选取创新投入和创新产出指标,从绿色产品和绿色工艺创新角度出发,探究了环境规制强度对于高新技术产业绿色创新水平的影响机理,并采用分组回归和似无相关模型分析了东、中和西部地区环境规制强度对于高新技术产业绿色创新水平影响的差异性。结果显示:环境规制对高新技术产业绿色工艺创新和绿色产品创新在全国和地区层面上具有显著的正向影响,对西部地区绿色工艺创新的促进作用明显强于东部和中部,而对于中部和西部地区绿色产品创新的促进作用则明显强于东部地区。Based on the provincial panel data from 2012 to 2021 in China,this paper explores the impact mechanism of the intensity of environmental regulations on the level of green innovation in high-tech industries by using the OLS(ordinary least squares)regression method of the fixed-effect model and selecting those indicators of innovation input and output from the perspective of innovation in green products and green processes.It also analyzes the difference of the impact of the intensity of environmental regulations in the eastern,central and western regions on their level of green innovation in high-tech industries with group regression and the model of Seemingly Unrelated Regressions.The results show that environmental regulations have a significant positive impact on the innovation of high-tech industries in green products and processes at the national and regional levels;and they make a greater contribution to the innovation of the western region in green products and processes than that of eastern and central regions,while they contribute more to the innovation of the central and western regions in green products than that of the eastern region.
