摘　　要：高端水龙头具有品质优,外形简洁、大气、实用,表面涂层美观持久不变色和功能齐全等诸多特点,深受消费者的欢迎,极大地方便了用户的盥洗取水和用水需求,从而提高了用户和其他消费人群的日常生活品质。采用美学理念科学合理地设计高端水龙头的外形曲线和制造工艺,使高端水龙头外形更美观;并通过高性能铍青铜模具低压铸造成型,采用磁控溅射表面处理工艺,使其制造过程更加环保,其成品更符合大众的审美观点和实用需求。主要研究探讨了一款高端水龙头的曲线设计和工艺制造过程,对同行业同类产品的外形设计和制造具有一定的参考价值。High-end faucet with excellent quality,concise appearance,superior,practical,beautiful and durable surface coating without discoloration,comprehensive function and other characteristics,is popular with consumers,it is also greatly facilitate the users'demands for lavatory water intake and water usage,thereby improving the quality of daily life for users and other consumer groups.Using aesthetic concept scientific and reasonable design of high-end faucet appearance curve and manufacturing process,make the high-end faucet appearance more beautiful.Through low pressure casting of high-performance beryllium bronze mold,and surface treatment with new craft of Magnetron sputtering,the manufacturing process become more environmentally friendly,so that the finished product meets the aesthetic views and practical needs of the public.This paper mainly discusses the curve design and manufacturing process of a high-end faucet,which has certain reference value for the appearance design and manufacturing of similar products in the same industry.
