摘　　要：血管周围间隙(perivascular spaces,PVS)是围绕在脑小血管周围充满液体的间隙,当其扩大时,可以在磁共振成像上观测到。扩大的血管周围间隙(enlarged perivascular spaces,EPVS)是脑小血管病(cerebral small vessel disease,CSVD)的影像学标志物,与其他CSVD标志物(如脑白质高信号,腔隙、脑微出血和脑萎缩)显著相关。近期研究表明,EPVS可能是CSVD早期出现的影像学标志物,并促进其他CSVD标志物的进展。因此,本文对EPVS与其他CSVD标志物的关系及其促使其他CSVD标志物进展的可能发生机制进行阐述,以期为广大研究者了解EPVS提供理论依据。Perivascular spaces(PVS)are fluid-filled cavities surrounding cerebral small blood vessels that can be visible on MRI when enlarged.The enlarged perivascular spaces(EPVS)is a marker of small vascular disease in the brain,and is strongly associated with other markers of cerebral small vascular diseases(CSVD),such as white matter hyperintensities,lacunes,microbleeds and brain atrophy.Recent studies suggested that EPVS might be an early marker of CSVD and accelerate the progression of other markers of CSVD.Therefore,this review describes the relationship between EPVS and other CSVD markers and explores the possible mechanisms that promote the progression of other CSVD markers,in order to provide theoretical basis for researchers to understand EPVS.
