血清特异性抗体检测对幽门螺杆菌感染的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的分析血清特异性抗体检测对幽门螺杆菌感染的诊断价值。方法在本院选取50例幽门螺杆菌感染患者作为实验组研究对象,另外选取50例健康人群作为对照组研究对象。选取时间:2021年1月-2022年10月。对比两组血清特异性抗体(Hp-IgG)差异,并将实验组最终诊断结果与呼气试验(金标准)诊断结果进行对比。结果实验组血清特异性抗体(Hp-IgG)水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);经实验室综合检查已确诊阳性35例,阴性15例,呼气实验检查诊断阳性35例,阴性15例,血清特异性抗体检测诊断阳性37例,阴性13例,呼气实验检查诊断准确度、灵敏度及特异度(100.00%、100.00%、100.00%)与血清特异性抗体检测(96.00%、100.00%、80.00%)对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论血清特异性抗体检测在幽门螺杆菌感染中具有极高的诊断价值,建议临床采纳。Objective To analyze diagnostic value of serum specific antibody detection for Helicobacter pylori infection.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with Helicobacter pylori infection from January 2021 to October 2022 in our hospital as experimental group research objects and another 50 healthy individuals as control group research objects.Difference in serum specific antibodies(Hp IgG)between two groups and final diagnostic results of experimental group with the breath test(gold standard)were compared.Results Serum specific antibody(Hp IgG)levels in experimental group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After comprehensive laboratory examination,35 cases were confirmed positive and 15 cases were negative.35 cases were diagnosed positive and 15 cases were negative by breath test and 37 cases were diagnosed positive and 13 cases negative by serum specific antibody test.Diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity(100.00%,100.00%,100.00%)of breath test were not significantly different from serum specific antibody test(96.00%,100.00%,80.00%),P>0.05.Conclusion Serum specific antibody detection has high diagnostic value in Helicobacter pylori infection,which is recommended for clinical application.
