姑息治疗对晚期恶性肿瘤患者近期生活质量改善的分析

摘　　要：目的分析姑息治疗对晚期恶性肿瘤患者近期生活质量的改善情况。方法选取2021年1-12月本院接受医疗干预的80例晚期恶性肿瘤患者为样本,以平均分组法将其分为对照、干预两组,对比分析姑息治疗方案干预前后的临床效果。结果干预前,两组患者疼痛评分组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,干预组疼痛评分低于对照组,且干预后60d,效果更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组焦虑抑郁情绪评分组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,干预组GAD-7、PHQ-9评分低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者回避行为、顺其自然、有所接受、恐惧心理评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,干预组回避行为、顺其自然、有所接受、恐惧心理评分高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晚期恶性肿瘤患者受病情影响,生理功能大幅度降低,实施姑息治疗方案,改善患者的身心状态,提升患者近期生活质量,使其能够安稳度过生命终末时光。Objective To analyze the improvement of palliative care on the quality of life of patients with advanced malignant tumor in the near future.Methods The research period was from January to December,2021.Based on the samples of 80 patients with advanced malignant tumor who received medical intervention in hospital,they were divided into control group and intervention group by average grouping method,and the clinical application value of palliative treatment scheme was evaluated.Results The pain score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The death attitude score in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the intervention group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with advanced malignant tumor are affected by their illness,their physiological functions are greatly reduced,and the curative effect of conventional medical intervention programs is limited.In order to ensure the effective improvement of the quality of life of patients with advanced malignant tumor at the end of their lives,palliative treatment programs are implemented,and through the combined use of various drugs,their physical and mental state is improved,and their quality of life score is optimized,so that their final life can be safely spent.
