摘  要:氢气具有极佳的碳减排功效,目前应用快速范围不断扩大,需求量快速上升。而氢气储存与运输问题较大,通常需要高压加氢站的大容量供给,其中超高压氢气压缩机为核心技术与难点,通常采用隔膜压缩机进行设计开发。针对应用于加氢站的超高压隔膜压缩机进行热力学与动力学研究,分析其运行性能与稳定性在不同进气压力情况下的变化。结果表明:输气量随吸气压力的上升而快速上升,而功耗上升速度较慢;排气温度随吸气压力变化,有4~5℃的升高;活塞力变化强烈,且有反向力作用,适合有对置配置平衡活塞力。Hydrogen has excellent carbon reduction efficiency,and its application scope is constantly expanding,with a rapid increase in demand.However,the storage and transportation of hydrogen is a big problem,which usually requires large capacity supply from the high-pressure hydrogen station.The ultra-high pressure hydrogen compressor is the core technology and difficulty,which is usually developed by employing diaphragm compressor.In this paper,the thermodynamics and dynamics of the ultra-high pressure diaphragm compressor used in hydrogen station are studied,and the changes of its operating performance and stability under different inlet pressures are analyzed.The results show that the discharge flowrate increases rapidly with the increase of suction pressure,while the power consumption increases slowly.The exhaust temperature varies with the suction pressure,with an increase of 4~5℃.The piston force changes strongly and has a reverse force effect,which is suitable for balanced piston force with opposed configuration.
