摘 要:采用问卷调查方法,针对639名目标高职的家庭经济困难学生进行集体测试,同时运用Amos26软件建构与检验结构方程,对于高职家庭经济困难学生学业成就的影响因素及传导路径进行实证检验。研究结果发现:(1)外部二因素(即家庭环境和奖助激励)均对学业成就影响显著(路径系数分别是2.324和1;P<0.01);(2)内部因素(即积极心态)对于学业成就的影响同样显著(路径系数1.561,P<0.01);(3)积极心态在外部二因素和学业成就之间发挥中介效应,分别占总效应比例24.58%和33.47%。因此,高职院校应优化学业提升的对应路径,如共建良好的家庭支持环境、创建暖心的校园奖助机制、完善积极心态培育体系等,以期有效地促进家庭经济困难学生的学业水平以及高职教育结果公平。This article used a questionnaire survey method to conduct a collective test on 639 students from economically disadvantaged families in a target vocational college.Structural Equation Modeling was con-structed and tested using Amos26 software to explore the influencing factors and transmission paths of aca-demic achievement of impoverished college students.The empirical analyses showed that:(1)both exter-nal factors(i.e.,family environment and college funding system)had a significant impact on academic achievement(path coefficients=2.324 and 1;p<0.01);(2)positive mental attitude,as an internal factor,also had a significant impact on academic achievement(path coefficient=1.561,p<0.01);(3)positive mental attitude played a vital intermediary role between external factors and academic achievement,ac-counting for 24.58%and 33.47%of the total effect,respectively.Therefore,vocational colleges should con-stantly optimize the path of improving academic achievements by building a sound family support environ-ment,creating a heartwarming mechanism of campus scholarships and grants,improving the cultivation system of positive mental attitude,so as to effectively improve the academic achievements of impoverished students and promote the fairness of educational outcomes in vocational colleges.
