摘 要:为保证铝板铸造机的进料流量稳定和产出铝板质量,需将高温铝液液面保持稳定,为此设计出一套自动控制高温铝液液面高度的系统。根据生产流程,设计高温铝液流量控制装置机械结构和基于PLC的控制系统,并提出自适应神经模糊推理系统PID(ANFIS-PID)控制策略,进行了Matlab/Simulink仿真测试与现场测试。与传统PID控制、自抗扰控制分别进行对比,结果显示:ANFIS-PID策略控制时的超调量最小,上升时间与调节时间最短,能更好地调节高温铝液液面;系统配有组态屏人机交互系统,使操作更加人性化;并具有断电保护功能,提高了生产的安全性和经济性,并且更容易投入生产使用。To ensure the stable feeding flow rate of the aluminum plate casting machine and the quality of the output aluminum plate,it is necessary to keep the high-temperature aluminum liquid level stable.In view of the problems of manual adjustment of aluminum liquid level in production relying on experience,poor real-time performance and high danger,a system for automatically controlling the height of high-temperature aluminum liquid level is designed.According to the production process in the factory,a mechanical structure of high-temperature aluminum liquid flow control device and a PLC-based control system are designed.The adaptive neurofuzzy inference system PID(ANFIS-PID)control strategy is proposed.ANFIS-PID combines the fuzzy inference system with the neural network,extracts fuzzy rules based on input and output information,obtains more suitable membership functions,realizes automatic adjustment of PID parameters,and has the learning ability of neural network.It ensures that the system is always in the optimal state as much as possible,which is conducive to improving the stability and adjustment speed of control.Matlab/Simulink simulation tests were conducted and compared with traditional PID control and self-disturbance control.The results showed that the ANFIS-PID strategy control had the smallest overshoot,which was 59.65%lower than that of traditional PID control,and the shortest rise time and adjustment time.The overall performance was better.At the same time,high-temperature aluminum liquid level control tests were carried out on the production site.The results showed that when ANFIS-PID control was used,the system adjustment speed was faster,the stability was higher,the overshoot was 46.42%lower than that of traditional PID control,and the time for high-temperature aluminum liquid to stabilize at the target liquid level height was shortened by 35 seconds.This proves that the control strategy has good control and adjustment ability and adaptive learning ability,and has better control effect on high-temperat
