摘  要:运用数值模拟方法对某型室内试车台流场特性进行研究,发现矢量发动机喷管直排时试车间流场结构较均匀,在发动机入口前的流体域内未出现大尺寸涡流,试车间内气流总压沿流向逐渐降低,其中气流通过进气塔内的消声器时总压损失最大,达到0.38%。在此基础上,继续探究发动机喷管发生偏转时试车间流场特性,给出了喷管偏转角度对试车间流场特性的影响规律,在喷管偏转5°时,引射筒内出现较大范围涡流,形成流动堵塞,大幅度降低试车间的引射流量;随着喷管偏转角度增加,引射筒内涡流强度逐渐减弱,引射流量随之增加,至喷管偏转15°时涡流消失。试车间内流场气动参数均受喷管偏转角度的影响,在喷管偏转20°时,试车间引射系数达到最大值,为10.97。The numerical simulation method was used to study the flow field characteristics of a certain type of indoor test bench.It was found that the flow field structure of the test workshop was uniform when the nozzle of the vectoring engine was directly arranged,the total pressure of the air flow in the test workshop decreases gradually along the flow direction.When the air flow passes through the muffler in the intake tower,the total pressure loss is the largest,reaching 0.38%.On this basis,the flow field characteristics of the test shop when the engine nozzle deflects are further investigated,and the influence of the nozzle deflecting angle on the flow field characteristics of the test shop is given,when the nozzle deflects 5°,a large range of eddy current appears in the ejector barrel,which forms a flow jam and greatly reduces the ejector flow in the test workshop,the ejector flow increases and the vortex disappears when the nozzle deflects 15°.The aerodynamic parameters of the flow field in the test workshop are all affected by the deflection angle of the nozzle,and the maximum ejector coefficient is 10.97 when the nozzle deflects 20°.
