摘 要:针对起重机主梁变形测量过程繁琐、效率低下、安全风险难以控制等问题,文中提出了一种基于无人机三维重建的高效、高精度起重机主梁变形识别方法,就起重机主梁的形状特征提出了无人机飞行路径、飞行拍摄重叠度和拍摄距离的计算方法;通过对起重机模型进行点云距离的对比以验证模型的精度,计算模型标志点的均方根误差对标志点精度进行了评估;通过标志点在模型上的坐标数据变化计算出主梁的变形量,利用无人机进行起重机主梁变形识别试验以对所提出的方法进行了准确性验证。Considering the problems of complicated deformation measurement of crane main beam,low efficiency and difficult control of safety risks,in this paper,the authors put forward an efficient and high-precision deformation identification method of crane main beam based on 3D reconstruction of UAV.According to the shape characteristics of crane main beam,the calculation methods of UAV flight path,flight shooting overlap and shooting distance were put forward.The accuracy of the model was verified by comparing the point cloud distance of the crane model.The root mean square error of model landmark points was obtained to evaluate the precision of landmark points.The deformation of the main girder was calculated by the coordinate change of the landmark point on the model,and the crane main girder deformation identification test was carried out by using UAV to verify the accuracy of the proposed method.
