摘  要:深度剖析制约学科竞赛健康发展的不利因素,梳理学科竞赛与省级实验教学示范中心的内在联系,提出学科竞赛与省级实验教学示范中心深度融合的理念。通过吸引学生科技社团、企业技术骨干入驻实验教学示范中心,为学科竞赛注入新生力量;健全管理、技术、后勤团队,攻克竞赛道路绊脚石,为学科竞赛提供保障;建立“标准零件库”,优化竞赛耗材采购流程,为学科竞赛合理调配资源,减少竞赛耗材采购周期;落实成果导向,采取提升师生积极性等举措,有效提升学科竞赛品质和竞争力。实验教学示范中心教师以学科竞赛为平台,培养学生实践创新能力、提升学生综合素养、增强学生就业竞争力的同时提升教学科研能力和业务水准。现阶段该模式已取得了初步成效,实践证明该模式能将“知识传授”“能力培养”和“价值引领”有机统一,对同类院校具有一定的借鉴。This paper deeply analyzes the unfavorable factors that restrict the healthy development of discipline competitions,sorts out the internal relationship between discipline competitions and provincial experimental teaching demonstration centers,and proposes the concept of in-depth integration of discipline competitions and provincial experimental teaching demonstration centers.By attracting students’science and technology associations and enterprise technical backbones to settle in the experimental teaching demonstration center,new strength is poured into the discipline competition.It is suggested to improve the management,technology and logistics teams,overcome the stumbling blocks of the competition road,and provide guarantee for the discipline competition.It is suggested to establish a“standard parts library”,optimize the procurement process of competition consumables,reasonably allocate resources for discipline competitions,and reduce the procurement cycle of competition consumables.It is also suggested to implement achievement orientation,improve the enthusiasm of teachers and students,and effectively improve the quality and competitiveness of discipline competitions.Teachers in the experimental teaching demonstration center take discipline competition as a platform to cultivate students’practical and innovative ability,improve their comprehensive quality,enhance their employment competitiveness,and improve their teaching and scientific research ability and professional level.At this stage,the model has achieved preliminary results.Practice has proved that the model can organically integrate“knowledge imparting”,“ability training”and“value guidance”,it has certain promotion value and reference significance in similar institutions.
