摘　　要：高校大型仪器对外开放共享可发挥高校在区域科技创新中重要作用。针对共享中存在的薄弱环节,聚焦共享经济中共享要素:共享主体(供需方、服务方和管理方)、共享对象和共享媒介。通过营造开放环境、优化共享生态体系,提高市场竞争力和信息化技术,以及加强多元化、市场化等策略。市场化加以行政干预的方式,提升仪器使用成效、降低共享成本、提高专业化服务水平,促进高校大型仪器对外开放共享,支撑区域经济发展。Open sharing of large-scale instruments in universities plays an important role in regional scientific and technological innovation.In view of the weak links in open sharing,this paper focused on the sharing elements in the sharing economy:sharing subjects(suppliers,service providers and managers),shared objects and shared media.By creating an opening and sharing environment,optimizing the sharing ecosystem,improving market competitiveness,improving the value of information technology and strengthening diversified marketing strategy and other ways of marketization and administrative intervention,the effectiveness of instrument use is improved,sharing costs are reduced,the level of professional services is improved.These measures promote open sharing of large-scale instruments in universities and support regional economic development.
