摘 要:炼油工业是能源和基础原材料工业,是我国国民经济的支柱产业,我国炼油能力世界第二。在炼厂的整个生产过程中,原油运输是至关重要的一个环节。然而,随着管路、调合方案逐渐复杂化,作业流程逐渐增多,原油运输路径规划面临着严峻挑战。依靠人工进行路径规划费时费力,且难以应对复杂情况及路径过长等问题,导致在实际操作中时间成本高且效率低。该文建立原油运输管道数字化模型,提出一种基于深度优先搜索的原油运输路径规划方法,并开发原油运输路径规划可视化系统,实现原油运输路径的智能化规划,不仅提高作业效率,降低作业成本,也使原油运输路径更符合调度任务的实际需求。The oil refining industry is the energy and basic raw material industry and the pillar industry of our national economy.China's oil refining capacity is the second in the world.Crude oil transportation is a very important procedure in the whole production process of the refinery.However,with the gradual complication of pipeline and blending scheme and the increase of operation flow,crude oil transportation route planning is facing severe challenges.Relying on manual path planning is time-consuming and laborious,and it is difficult to deal with complex situations and long paths,which leads to high time cost and low efficiency in practical operation.In this paper,a digital model of crude oil transportation pipeline is established,a method of crude oil transportation path planning based on depth-first search is proposed,and a visualization system of crude oil transportation path planning is developed,which realizes the intelligent planning of crude oil transportation path.This not only improves the operation efficiency and reduces the operation cost,but also makes the crude oil transportation path more in line with the actual needs of the scheduling task.
