摘　　要：教师科研评价对提升科研质量具有重要的导向作用。根据对广东省14所应用型本科院校教师科研2011至2021年的论文、项目等情况统计分析,以及教师科研评价现状与存在的问题分析,结合应用型本科院校“以应用型人才培养为目标”“以教学为中心”“面向需求,服务地方”等特点,提出从评价主体、评价方法、评价内容、评价指标和评价程序等维度重构应用型本科院校教师科研评价机制的对策,以提升教师科研评价的导向与激励作用,从而促进教师科研质量提升。Teachers'scientific research evaluation plays an important guiding role in improving the quality of scientific research.According to the statistical analysis of the research papers and projects of teachers in 14 applied undergraduate colleges and universities in Guangdong Province from 2011 to 2021,as well as the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of teachers'scientific research evaluation,combined with the characteristics of application-oriented undergraduate colleges"taking the training of applied talents as target""teaching as the center""demand-oriented,serving the local",it proposes some countermeasures to reconstruct the evaluation mechanism of teachers'scientific research in applied undergraduate colleges from the dimensions of evaluation subject,evaluation method,evaluation content,evaluation index,and evaluation procedure,to improve the guidance and incentives of teachers'scientific research evaluation,so as to promote the quality of teachers'scientific research.
