摘  要:变电站设备长期在室外工作,锈蚀、脏污等会引发设备故障从而导致变电站事故,常规的检修、去污需要停电作业且污染环境。激光清洗技术作为一种安全、清洁、无污染的新型技术非常适合变电站设备的维护,常规激光清洗距离近、功率低,难以满足变电站清洗需求。因此,设计了一款远距离激光清洗设备,包含激光器定制、光学镜头设计和振镜定制等模块,并在变电站安全工作范围内进行了除锈和绝缘子瓷瓶清洗,测试效果良好,可满足大部分变电站设备清洗维护工作的要求。Substation equipment works outdoors for a long time.Corrosion and contamination often lead to equipment failures and accidents in substations.Conventional maintenance and decontamination require power outages and pollute the environment.Laser cleaning technology,as a safe,clean and pollution-free new technology,is very suitable for the maintenance of substation equipment.However,the distance of the conventional laser cleaning is short and the power of which is low,and it is difficult to meet the needs of substation cleaning.In this paper,a long-distance laser cleaning equipment is designed,including laser customization,optical path design and galvanometer customization.The rust removal and insulator porcelain bottle cleaning tests have good results and can meet the cleaning and maintenance work of most substation equipment.
