摘　　要：介绍了一种水下作业机械手软连接操作包。该操作包集成了水下机械手、上下补偿装置、减速机组件、晃动与旋转关节及控制箱等,不仅具备升降和旋转调节的功能,能够应对复杂和恶劣的工作环境,而且通过增设下放应力消除组件,使安装架在主轴的驱动下旋转,在下放和回收过程中,通过下放应力消除组件自适应地相对主轴进行晃动,从而实现安装架与主轴的软连接,进而能够完全自适应地消除海水对水下作业机械手操作包各部分产生的应力,有效地保护水下作业机械手操作包。This paper introduces a flexible coupling operation package of subsea manipulator which integrates subsea manipulator,upper and lower compensation device,reducer components,shaking and rotating joints and control box.It not only has the functions of lifting and rotation adjustment,and can cope with more complex and harsh working environment,but also makes the mounting frame rotate driven by the main shaft by adding the lowering stress relief component.At the same time,during the lowering and recovery process,the lowering stress relief component shakes adaptively relative to the main shaft,so as to realize the flexible coupling between the mounting frame and the main shaft.Then it can completely adaptively eliminate the stress caused by seawater on all parts of the operation package of the subsea operation manipulator,and effectively protect the operation package of the subsea operation manipulator.
