摘　　要：针对目前高校实践教学仪器设备在某些方面存在的不足,介绍了自制教学仪器、设备的意义和作用,并设计了一种电气工程安装与维修实训装置。该实训装置可使学生在实训台的固定位置完成接线任务而无需登高操作,增强了操作安全性;要对实训台前后两侧同时进行接线时,只需向一侧拨动一个插杆,就能将实训台的后侧向前侧翻转,方便了学生的接线操作;在松开插杆后,插杆会插入对应的条形槽内,且可让实训台固定于多种角度,无需学生在接线时前后移动。该装置操作便捷,特别是对需反复训练的实训项目,能大为缩短实训时间。In response to the shortcomings of current practical teaching instruments and equipment in universities,this paper introduces the significance and role of self-made teaching instruments and equipment,and designs a practical training device for electrical engineering installation and maintenance.The training device can enable students to complete wiring tasks in a fixed position on the training platform without the need for climbing operations,increasing operational safety.When connecting the front and rear sides of the training platform at the same time,a plug rod is simply moved to one side to flip the rear side of the training platform forward,which facilitates students'wiring operations.After releasing the insertion rod,it will be inserted into the corresponding strip slot and can be fixed at various angles,without the need for students to move back and forth during wiring.This device is easy to operate,especially for training projects that require repeated training,which can greatly shorten the training time.
