摘　　要：通过以学科建设驱动高质量发展作为切入点,探索并实践现代医院管理制度下学科建设思路和理念,因地制宜开展立体式学科建设工作,建立一整套学科扶持和加速提升项目作为系统性解决学科发展的方案,利用医院学科群优势解决临床实际问题,挖掘潜在增长点,促使若干具备发展潜力的学科及学科群成为学术高地,从而构建以学科建设为核心的公立医院高质量发展创新管理体系。Explores and practices the ideas and concepts of discipline construction under the modern hospital management system by taking discipline construction as the starting point to drive high-quality development,carries out three-dimensional discipline construction work according to local conditions,and establishes a set of discipline support and aceleration projects as a systematic solution to discipline development.It also makes use of the advan-tages of hospital discipline groups to solve clinical practical problems,excavate some growth points,and promote some disciplines and discipline groups with development potential to become academic highlands,so as to construct an innovation management system for high-quality development of public hospitals with discipline construction as the core.
