摘　　要：教学过程工作化系统化,全面推行“做中学、学中思、思中做、做中通”的人才培养模式,突出学生为主体教师“做中教”进而提高学生的专业技能与专业素养。基于这种特色的教学模式,在实际教学中如何提高教学效果进行实践与探索。The teaching process is systematic,and the talent training mode of"learning by doing,thinking in learning,thinking in doing,and doing in general"is fully implemented,highlighting that students are the main body of teachers"teaching in doing"to improve students'professional skills and professional quality.Based on this characteristic teaching mode,how to improve the teaching effect in practical teaching is practiced and explored.
