摘　　要：煤炭资源是我们日常生产生活必不可少的能源,是国家发展必不可少的战略资源。随着社会经济的发展,对于煤炭的需求越来越大,给煤矿企业带来了发展机遇。对提高煤矿经济效益的重要性进行深入探讨,并提出相应的经营对策,通过增强企业成本控制意识、建立健全管理体系、加强人力资源管理以及对生产设备进行信息化管理,实现资源优化配置,不断提高煤矿企业的经济效益。Coal is an essential energy source for our daily production and life,and is a strategic resource essential for national development.With the development of social economy,the demand for coal is getting bigger and bigger,which brings development opportunities to coal mining enterprises.The importance of improving the economic efficiency of coal mines is mainly discussed in depth,and corresponding business countermeasures are proposed.By reducing costs,improving the competitiveness of enterprises,establishing a sound management system,strengthening human resources management and information management of production equipment,the optimal allocation of resources can be achieved and the economic efficiency of coal mines can be continuously improved.
