摘 要:智能制造是在新一代信息技术与先进制造技术深度融合的基础上,应对生产制造过程复杂状况的有效模式,其相关技术正在全球范围内迅速发展,并将对传统制造业企业产生颠覆性的变革。以促进先进制造技术和工业互联网技术的融合发展为宗旨,依托于江苏财经职业技术学院智能制造综合实训中心产线,研究智能制造产线和工业互联网协同制造的总体架构,以鲁班锁的智能生产和装配任务为例,探索智能制造产线各生产要素工业互联的实现路径。Smart manufacturing is an effective model to cope with the complex situation of production and manufacturing process based on the deep integration of new generation information technology and advanced manufacturing technology,whose related technology is developing rapidly worldwide and will produce disruptive changes to traditional manufacturing enterprises.With the aim of promoting the integration and development of advanced manufacturing technology and industrial internet technology,relying on the production line of the comprehensive training centre of intelligent manufacturing in Jiangsu College of Finance and Economics,the general architecture of intlligent manufacturing production line and industrial internet collaborative manufacturing is studied,and the intelligent production and assembly tasks of Luban lock are taken as an example to explore the realization path of industrial interconnection of various production factors in the intelligent manufacturing production line.
