摘　　要：随着科学技术的创新与发展,我国电气工程技术的经济价值越来越突出。电力企业在不断扩大其发展规模的同时,传统物资采购计划与仓储管理方式也表现出了明显的滞后性。物资采购计划与仓储管理工作中暴露出来的问题越来越多,物资管理的相关要求已经难以满足。重点针对电力企业物资采购计划与仓储管理措施进行了详细地分析,旨在加强电力企业的成本控制,提高电力企业的经济效益,促进电力企业的进一步发展。With the innovation and development of science and technology,the economic value of electrical engineering technology in China is becoming more and more prominent.While electric power enterprises continue to expand their development scale,traditional material procurement planning and storage management methods have also shown obvious lag.The problems exposed in material procurement planning and warehousing management are increasing,and the relevant requirements of material management have been difficult to meet.The focus is on the power enterprise material procurement plan and storage management measures for a detailed analysis,in order to strengthen the cost control of power enterprises,improve the economic benefits of power enterprises,and promote the further development of power enterprises.
