摘 要:目的分析"互联网+护理服务"护士的职业发展现状及其影响因素。方法本研究为横断面研究。采用便利抽样法,于2021年12月—2022年2月选取在宁波市云医院平台从事"互联网+护理服务"的360名护士为研究对象,使用职业发展量表、一般自我效能感量表和职业获益感问卷进行调查,共发放360份问卷,回收有效问卷352份,有效回收率为97.8%。结果 "互联网+护理服务"护士职业发展总分为(133.23±16.44)分,其中工作投入维度的条目均分为(4.06±0.57)分,职业发展环境维度的条目均分为(3.98±0.58)分,职业发展动力维度的条目均分为(3.57±0.49)分。多重线性回归分析发现,"互联网+护理服务"护士所在的科室,入行初衷为其他原因,自我效能,职业获益感中的正向职业感知、亲友认同是"互联网+护理服务"护士职业发展的影响因素,可解释总变异的69.3%。结论 "互联网+护理服务"护士职业发展得分较高。管理者可从改善"互联网+护理服务"护士的自我效能,增加其正向职业感知、亲友认同入手,引导护士积极主动进入"互联网+护理服务"队伍,对不同科室采取个性化考核,提升"互联网+护理服务"护士职业发展动力与空间。Objective To analyze the status quo and influencing factors of career development of nurses in"Internet+nursing service".Methods This was a cross-sectional study.Using the convenient sampling method,a total of 360 nurses engaged in"Internet+nursing services"in Ningbo Cloud Hospital Platform were selected as the research objects from December 2021 to February 2022.Career Development Scale,General Self-efficacy Scale and Career Benefit Questionnaire were used to conduct a survey.A total of 360 questionnaires were distributed,and 352 questionnaires were effectively collected,with an effective recovery rate of 97.8%.Results The total score of career development of"Internet+nursing service"nurses was(133.23±16.44),including(4.06±0.57)for job involvement dimension,(3.98±0.58)for career development environment dimension and(3.57±0.49)for career development motivation dimension.Multiple linear regression analysis found that the department where the"Internet+nursing service"nurses worked,the original intention of joining the profession was other reasons,self-efficacy,positive occupational perception and the recognition of relatives and friends in the sense of career benefit were the influential factors for the career development of"Internet+nursing service"nurses,which could explain 69.3%of the total variation.Conclusions The career development score of"Internet+nursing service"nurses is higher.Managers can start from improving the self-efficacy of"Internet+nursing service"nurses,increasing their positive occupational perception and recognition of relatives and friends,guide nurses to actively enter the"Internet+nursing service"team,and take personalized assessment of different departments to improve the career development motivation and space of"Internet+nursing service"nurses.
