眼底动脉硬化的影响因素探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨眼底动脉硬化影响因素。方法随机选择2021年3月—2022年1月在九江市第一人民医院健康管理中心行眼底照相检查的205例健康体检者,根据是否存在眼底动脉硬化分为眼底动脉硬化组和眼底动脉正常组,进行回顾性研究分析。结果2组之间性别差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);存在眼底动脉硬化健康体检者舒张压及体质量指数、空腹血糖值、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、尿酸均明显高于眼底正常体检者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄、同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HYC)、收缩压均为眼底动脉硬化独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论影响眼底动脉硬化的因素有体质量指数、性别、年龄、血压、血脂、血糖、尿酸、HYC。Objective To explore the influencing factors of fundus arteriosclerosis.Methods 205 healthy subjects who underwent fundus photography in the health management center of the Jiujiang First Pecple's hospital from March 2021 to January 2022 were randomly selected.According to whether they had fundus arteriosclerosis,they were divided into fundus arteriosclerosis group and fundus arteriosclerosis normal group for retrospective study and analysis.Results Diastolic blood pressure,body mass index,fasting blood glucose,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and uric acid in healthy subjects with fundus arteriosclerosis were significantly higher than those in normal subjects(P<0.05).There was significant gender difference between healthy subjects with fundus arteriosclerosis and normal subjects(P<0.05).And age、HYC、systolic blood pressure were independent risk factors of fundus arteriosclerosis(P<0.05).Conclusion The factors affecting fundus arteriosclerosis include body mass index,gender,age,blood pressure,blood lipid,blood glucose,uric acid and HYC.
