摘　　要：标准化建设是企业加快技术转化发展、提高企业核心竞争力的有效途径。本文以细胞技术企业标准化试点建设为例,对如何开展标准化工作进行了思考和建议,包括标准建设内容、存在问题和工作中的感悟,希望能够为同行企业实施标准化改革创新提供参考和借鉴。Standardization construction is an effective way for enterprises to accelerate technological transformation and development and improve their core competitiveness.This article takes the standardization pilot construction of cell technology enterprises as an example,gives thinking and suggestions on how to carry out standardization work,including standards construction content,existing problems and perceptions in the work,hoping to provide reference for peer companies to implement standardization reform and innovation.
