摘　　要：癫痫是一种常见慢性神经系统疾病,其共患病越来越受到人们关注。儿童癫痫共患精神障碍的比例逐年增加,其中癫痫患儿共患抑郁焦虑障碍最常见。反复癫痫发作很容易引起患儿抑郁焦虑情绪,同时抑郁焦虑也有诱发癫痫的可能,两者相互影响。因此,癫痫共患抑郁焦虑的评估、筛查、诊断及干预成为儿童癫痫不可忽视的部分。本文就儿童癫痫与抑郁焦虑障碍的关系、发病机制、临床诊断方法与评估、治疗等研究进展作一综述。Epilepsy is a common chronic neurological disease,and its comorbidity has attracted more attention.The proportion of epileptic children with mental disorders is also increasing year by year.Among them,children with epilepsy have more depression and anxiety disorders.Repeated seizures can easily cause depression and anxiety,and depression and anxiety can also induce epilepsy,thus the two affect each other.The assessment,screening,diagnosis and intervention of comorbid depression and anxiety in children with epilepsy have become an important part of clinical practice.This review summarized the relationship between epilepsy and depression and anxiety disorders in children,and its research progress on pathogenesis,clinical diagnosis,evaluation and treatment.
