摘　　要：脾功能亢进是肝硬化门静脉高压的重要并发症,脾切除术是治疗肝硬化脾功能亢进的重要手段。脾功能亢进在肝硬化的病程中发挥了一定的病理作用。本文分析了肝硬化脾功能亢进患者脾切除与病情变化,探讨了脾功能亢进在肝硬化病程中所起的病理作用及机制,以加强临床对肝硬化脾功能亢进的防治,更好地改善肝硬化患者的病情和预后。Hypersplenism is an important complication of cirrhotic portal hypertension,and splenectomy is an important means to treat hypersplenism in cirrhosis.It is realized that hypersplenism played a pathological role in the course of cirrhosis.This article analyzes and compares the changes in the condition of patients with cirrhosis between splenectomy with and without hyperfunction,and comprehensively discusses the pathological role and mechanism of hypersplenism in the course of cirrhosis,in order to strengthen the clinical prevention and treatment of hypersplenism in cirrhosis and to better improve the condition and prognosis of patients with cirrhosis.
