摘 要:目的:探讨硼对福美双诱导肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响。方法:300只1日龄健康AA肉鸡,预饲3 d,随机分为对照组(CON组)(3个重复,每个重复20只)、福美双组(Thiram组)(12个重复,每个重复20只)。从第4天起,Thiram组饲喂添加100 mg/kg福美双的基础日粮,至第7天停药,第7天从Thiram组中随机分出180只肉鸡等分为3组(B20、B40和B80组),每组3个重复,每个重复20只,饮水中分别添加20、40、80 mg/L硼;CON组全程饲喂基础日粮,自由饮蒸馏水,试验持续21 d。结果:与CON组相比,Thiram组肉鸡平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)显著降低(P<0.05),但料重比(F/G)差异不明显;与Thiram组相比,饮水中添加不同浓度硼均可显著提高肉鸡的ADG(P<0.05),但对ADFI和F/G的影响不显著。与CON组相比,Thiram组肉鸡血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著降低(P<0.05),且丙二醛(MDA)的含量显著升高(P<0.05);与Thiram组相比,不同日龄段的B20、B40、B80组肉鸡血清中SOD活性均显著升高(P<0.05),且MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05);14、21 d时,B40组GSH-Px活性显著升高(P<0.05);14 d时血清中T-AOC在B40、B80组显著升高(P<0.05),而21 d时,B20、B40的血清中T-AOC显著升高(P<0.05)。与CON组相比,Thiram组血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著升高(P<0.05),血清谷草转氨酶(AST)活性在7、14 d显著升高(P<0.05);B80组在第21天血清AST活性显著提高(P<0.05);与Thiram组相比,B40组在第14、21天血清ALT活性显著降低(P<0.05),B 80组在第14天血清ALT活性降低,此外B40组在第14天还降低了血清AST活性(P<0.05),B20组血清ALT、AST活性也有所降低,但差异不明显。与CON组相比,不同日龄Thiram组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量均显著降低(P<0.05),而低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量显著升高(P<0.05),而总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和血糖(GLU)含量无显著变化;与Thiram组相比,1Objective:To investigate the effects of boron on growth performance,serum enzyme activities and antioxidant capacity in broilers induced by thiram.Methods:3001-day-old healthy AA broilers were selected and pre-fed for 3 days.They were randomly divided into a control group(CON group)(three replicates,each with 20 replicates)and a thiram group(Thiram group)(twelve replicates,each with 20 replicates).From the 4th day,the Thiram group added 100 mg/kg of thiram into the basic diet and drank distilled water for 3 days.At the 7th day,180 broilers were randomly selected from the Thiram group and evenly divided into three groups(three replicates per group,each with 20 replicates),the B20,B40 and B80 groups and which were supplied 20,40 and 80 mg/L of the boron into drinking water separately.The CON group was fed the basic diet throughout the experiment and drank distilled water freely.The experiment period was 21 days.Results:Compared with the CON group,the ADG and ADFI of the Thiram group was decreased significantly(P<0.05),but the F/G was not.When compared with the thiram group,the ADG of the B20,B40 and B80 groups were increased significantly(P<0.05),but the ADFI and F/G were not.Compared with the CON group,the SOD,GSH-Px and T-AOC activities were decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the content of MDA was increased significantly(P<0.05).When compared with the Thiram group,the SOD activity was increased significantly(P<0.05)and the MDA content was decreased significantly(P<0.05)in B20,B40 and B80 groups during the experiment period.The GSH-Px activity in B40 was increased significantly(P<0.05)on day 14 and 21.The T-AOC activity in B40 and B80 was increased significantly(P<0.05)on day 14 and 21,and in B20 and B40 was increased too.Compared with the CON group,the ALT and AST activities were increased significantly on day 7 and 14.The AST activity in group B80 was increased significantly on day 21,compared with Thiram group,the ALT activity in B40 group was decreased significantly on day 14 and 21(P<0.05),and in B80 group
