摘 要:为实现光程的连续性调节,研究了一种光程模拟装置,通过平面镜对激光的反射作用,实现平面镜之间距离的精确调节,达到连续改变光程的目的,以完成光程的模拟。介绍了光程模拟装置的工作原理,建立了相应的数学模型。并使用光电经纬仪对平面镜组进行平行性检测实验,保证了该装置能够稳定工作的基础。最后完成了光程模拟实验,结果表明光程模拟值可在1.8~27.8 m的范围内变化,系统精度检测总误差的最大值为0.808 mm,最小值为0.739 mm,满足对激光测距机测距性能的检测。In order to realize the continuous adjustment of the light range,a light range simulation device is studied to realize the accurate adjustment of the distance between the plane mirrors through the reflection effect of the plane mirrors on the laser to achieve the purpose of continuously changing the light range to complete the simulation of the light range.The working principle of the light range simulation device is introduced,and the corresponding mathematical model is established.And the parallelism testing experiment of the plane mirror set is conducted by using the photoelectric meridian to ensure the basis that the device can work stably.Finally,the light range simulation experiment was completed,and the results showed that the light range simulation value could be varied in the range of 1.8~27.8 m,and the maximum value of the total error of system accuracy detection was 0.808 mm and the minimum value was 0.739 mm,which satisfied the testing of the distance measuring performance of the laser rangefinder.
