摘　　要：目的构建我国社区慢性病管理专科护士胜任力的指标体系,为未来进行社区慢性病管理专科护士培训及考核提供参考。方法以胜任力冰山模型为理论框架,通过文献分析、半结构式访谈初步构建社区慢性病管理专科护士胜任力指标体系;于2022年1—4月选取30名护理专家进行2轮专家函询,对各级指标进行筛选、修改和完善,确立社区慢性病管理专科护士胜任力指标体系。专家积极程度以问卷有效回收率表示,专家权威程度以专家权威系数表示,专家意见协调程度以肯德尔和谐系数表示。结果 2轮专家函询问卷有效回收率均为100.00%(30/30),专家权威系数均为0.91;2轮函询的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.330、0.448(P<0.01)。最终构建的社区慢性病管理专科护士胜任力指标包括一级指标4项,二级指标17项,三级指标63项。结论本研究构建的社区慢性病管理专科护士胜任力指标体系具有科学性和可靠性,可为我国社区慢性病管理专科护士的培训及考核提供参考。Objective To construct a competency index system for community chronic disease management specialist nurses in China,so as to provide reference for future training and assessment of specialist nurses in community chronic disease management.Methods With the competency iceberg model as the theoretical framework,the competency index system of community chronic disease management specialist nurses was initially constructed through literature analysis and semi-structured interview.From January to April 2022,30 nursing experts were selected for two rounds of expert consultation,and indicators at all levels were screened,modified,and improved to establish a competency index system for community chronic disease management specialist nurses.The enthusiasm of experts was expressed by the questionnaire recovery rate,the authority of experts was expressed by the expert authority coefficient,and the coordination of expert opinions was reflected by the Kendal harmony coefficient.Results The effective response rates of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were both 100.00%(30/30),and the expert authority coefficients were all 0.91.The Kendal concordance coefficient of the two rounds of consultation was 0.330 and 0.448,respectively(P<0.01).The final competency index system for community chronic disease management specialist nurses included 4 first level indicators,17 second level indicators,and 63 third level indicators.Conclusions The competency index system for community chronic disease management specialist nurses is scientific and reliable,and can provide reference for the training and assessment of community chronic disease management specialist nurses in China.
