摘　　要：物流行业在国际国内双循环的格局之下,迎来了发展机遇。湖北物流的再发展离不开人才的支撑,职业院校培育更多高素质技术技能型人才是大势所趋。“三进一融”育人模式有力推进“三全育人”综合改革,其中,职业导师“五个一”目标工作体系,基于岗位需求,有效提升学生职业能力,助力学生职业发展。Under the pattern of international and domestic dual circulation,the logistics industry is about to usher in new development opportunities.The re-development of logistics in Hubei is inseparable from the support of logistics talents,and it is the trend of the times for vocational colleges to cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled talents.The education mode “three invitations and one integration” gives vigorous impetus to the intensive development of the “three all-round education” project,in which the target teaching method,namely,“Five One” working system for specialty tutors,can effectively enhance students' vocational abilities and their future career development while in the meantime catering for job requirements.
