摘  要:在国内,塑料食品包装因具有独特的耐腐蚀性、防潮性而被广泛使用,铅、铜、锌等是塑料食品包装袋的主要重金属污染元素,我国已发布的重金属检验最直接的方法是比色法。采用原子吸收光谱法测定聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)材料中的重金属含量,结果表明,标准曲线均呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为0.009~0.125 mg/kg。与国家标准中的比色法相比,原子吸收光谱法具有可操作性强、测定数据准确度高等优点,可广泛应用于PET材料中重金属的快速检测。Plastic food packaging is widely used in China because of its unique corrosion resistance and moisture resistance.Lead,copper and zinc are the main heavy metal pollution elements in plastic food packaging.The most direct determination method for heavy metals published in China is colorimetry.The determination of heavy metals in polyethylene terephthalate(PET) materials by atomic absorption spectrometry showed that the standard curves all showed a good linear relationship,the detection limit was between 0.009 and 0.125 mg/kg.Compared with the colorimetry in the national standard,atomic absorption spectrometry has the advantages of strong operability and high accuracy of determination data,and can be widely used for rapid detection of heavy metals in PET materials.
