摘 要:轨道健康监测是铁路系统保障列车行车安全、维护轨道系统长期稳定运行、实现铁路运输可持续发展的重要手段之一。基于发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)对现有轨道健康监测系统存在的问题进行描述和分析,将实际工程问题转化为TRIZ问题,采用九屏幕法、功能分析、因果链分析和资源分析对问题进行识别,发现技术矛盾和物理矛盾,结合物-场分析,提出多种解决方案,最终设计了基于振动响应的能实时监测轨道健康状态的系统。Track health monitoring is one of the important means for railway systems to ensure the safety of train operation,maintain the long-term stable operation of track systems and achieve sustainable development of railway transport.This paper described and analyzed the problems of the existing track health monitoring system based on the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving(TRIZ),transforming the actual engineering problems into TRIZ problems,identifying the problems using the nine-screen method,functional analysis,causal chain analysis and resource analysis,thus finding technical and physical contradictions.Then combining substance-field analysis,the research proposed various solutions and finally designed a system that could monitor the track health status in real time based on vibration response.
