摘  要:结合现阶段学校对采矿工程专业的定位(聚焦智能矿山建设、对焦应急管理事业),充分考虑矿山领域智能化水平提升、矿山灾害防控与应急等实际需求,开展了采矿专业学生创新能力培养与实践研究。结合学校教学资源,研究了采矿创新人才培养面临的主要难题、行业领域所需解决的关键科学问题,提出了改革的总体思路和实施的具体途径;提出了新形势下采矿创新人才培养思路和改革实践路径。通过营造良好的大学生科创环境,持续开展大学生科创活动,初步探索了大学生科技创新基地建设的长效机制与发展模式。经过多年的改革实践取得了初步成效:以科创活动为引领,推动了“课堂-科创基地-企业”常态化协同育人,形成了实践育人协同新模式;切实增强大学生参与科技创新赛事的水平和能力,提高学生的动手能力、独立思考能力、科研能力和创新能力。In combination with the current positioning of the school for the mining engineering major(focusing on intelligent mine construction and focusing on emergency management),and taking full account of the actual needs of the improvement of intelligent level in the mining field,mine disaster prevention and control and emergency response,the school has carried out research on the cultivation and practice of the innovation ability of mining students.Combined with the existing teaching resources of the school,the main problems faced by the training of mining innovative talents and the key scientific problems needed to be solved in the industry are studied,and the general idea of reform and specific ways of implementation are put forward;Put forward the train of thought and reform practice path of mining innovative talents under the new situation.By creating a good scientific innovation environment for college students and continuing to carry out scientific innovation activities for college students,the long-term mechanism and development mode of the construction of college students'scientific and technological innovation base are preliminarily explored.After years of reforms and practic,preliminary results have been achieved.With innovation activities as the guiding force,we have promoted the normalization of collaboration between"classroom,innovation base,and enterprises"in cultivating talents,forming a new collaborative model for practice-based education.We have effectively enhanced the level and abilities of students participating in scientific and technological innovation competitions,improving their hands-on skills,independent thinking,scientific research abilities,and innovation capabilities.
