摘 要:目的探讨局部平面显像对于全身骨显像的补充诊断价值,以期提高临床的重视及全身骨显像的检查质量。方法选取2020年11月至2021年6月在西安交通大学第一附属医院核医学科行全身骨显像的恶性肿瘤患者681例,对于可疑病灶或定位不清等加做局部平面显像。结果681例恶性肿瘤患者的全身骨显像图像共定位病灶例数485例(71.2%),其中定位准确272例(56.1%),定位错误213例(43.9%);患者加做局部骨显像后,定位病灶例数340例(49.9%),其中定位准确313例(92.1%),定位错误例27(7.9%)。全身骨显像加做局部显像的定位准确率92.1%,明显高于单纯全身骨显像的定位准确率56.1%(272/485)。结论全身骨显像加做局部骨显像能提高病灶定位的准确率,对临床诊断一定的价值。Objective To explore the complementary diagnostic value of regional planar imaging in whole body bone imaging,in order to improve the clinical attention and imaging quality.Methods From November 2020 to June 2021,a total of 681 patients with malignant tumors were selected,all of whom underwent whole body bone scan in the Department of Nuclear Medicine,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi′an Jiaotong University.Regional planar imaging was performed for suspicious lesions or unclear location.Results Among 681 patients with malignant tumors,485 cases(71.2%)of lesions were found on whole body bone imaging,272 cases(56.1%)of which were accurately located and 213 cases(43.9%)were incorrectly located.The patient underwent additional regional bone imaging,and the number of localized lesions was 340 cases(49.9%),313 cases(92.1%)of which were accurately located and 27 cases(7.9%)were incorrectly located.The localization accuracy of whole body bone imaging plus regional imaging was 92.1%,which was significantly higher than that of whole body bone imaging(56.1%).Conclusion Whole body bone imaging combined with regional bone imaging can improve the accuracy of lesion localization,which has certain value to diagnosis.
