摘 要:本文通过对2023年世界田径锦标赛男子三级跳远起跳技术进行研究,运用文献资料、运动视频分析、数理统计等研究方法,对主要数据进行分析处理。研究结果表明:2023年世锦赛三级跳远前3名运动员起跳技术中,着地角均小于起跳角,支撑腿膝角缓冲角度较小,运动员腿部力量较大;3名运动员的技术类型分别是:冠军跳跃型、亚军均衡型、季军跳跃型;在对三级跳运动动员进行训练时,应着重加强腿部力量的训练。This paper analyzes the take-off techniques of the men's triple jump at the 2023 World Athletics Championships,and processes the main data with the methods of literature review,sports video analysis,and mathematical statistics.The results show that the landing angle of the top three triple jump athletes in the 2023 World Championships is smaller than the takeoff angle,the knee angle of the support leg is smaller,and the leg strength of the athletes is larger;The technical types of the three athletes are:champion jumping type,runner up balanced type,and runner up jumping type;When training the triple jump athletes,emphasis should be placed on strengthening the training of leg strength.
