摘　　要：第17届世锦赛采用2022-2024规则,其对成套艺术编排的影响较以往世锦赛更为明显。本文采用文献资料、录像分析、数理统计等研究方法,对第17届竞技健美操世界锦标赛三人操前八名成套动作中的难度动作进行分析。研究结果:(1)在三人操中,难度分值固然重要,但艺术分的提升对于成套总分有着不可替代的作用;(2)在三人操中女三的搭配在难度中有着不小的优势,合理的队伍搭配,有利于整个成套得分;(3)在难度选择中,依柳辛、剪式变身跳、直升飞机类为三人操热门动作。The 2022-2024 rules were adopted during the 17th World Competitive Aerobics Championships in 2022,and the development of the rules plays a benchmark role in the arrangement of the movements.This paper uses the literature data method,video analysis method and mathematical statistics method to analyze the difficult moves of World Competitive Aerobics Championships.The results show that in the event of three-people exercises,the difficulty score is important,but the improvement of artistic score is irreplaceable for the total score of the whole set.And the collocation of the three women has a great advantage in the difficulty.The reasonable team collocation plays a strong role for enhancing the score of the whole set.In the choice of difficulty,movements such as shear type change jump and helicopter class were most often chosen.
