摘　　要：转身阶段是游泳比赛的重要构成部分,对运动员的比赛成绩影响较大。目前针对上海游泳队运动员转身技术的研究较少,转身数据相对匮乏。为此,特开展上海游泳队运动员转身技术方面存在的问题及其与国内高水平运动员之间的差异研究。本文通过对2021年两场国内重大游泳赛事进行视频解析,获得上海游泳队运动员转身阶段的时间参数,据此分析上海队运动员在转身方面存在的问题,为后期训练提供参考。研究结果:上海游泳队不同项目运动员在转身技术的不同阶段存在不同问题,主要问题是转身前5m用时长、团身速度慢、滑行距离过长等。The turning phase is an important part of swimming competition and has a significant impact on athletes'competition performance.However,at present,there are few studies on the turning techniques of Shanghai swimming team athletes,and the data of athletes'turning is relatively scarce.Therefore,in order to explore the problems existing in the turning techniques of the Shanghai swimming team athletes and the differences between them and domestic high-level athletes,this study obtained the time parameters of the Shanghai swimming team athletes'turning stage through video analysis of two domestic competitions in 2021,to analyze the problems of the Shanghai team players in turning phase,and put forward the relative optimization strategy.The results of the research show that the athletes of the Shanghai swimming team have different problems in the different stages of the turning technique.The main problems include:the 5m time before the turn,the slow speed of the tumbling,and the long gliding distance.
