体育院校学生专业社会实践融入社区体育的发展路径研究

摘　　要：本文通过借鉴英美两国有关社区体育与社会实践融合发展的先进经验和发展途径,对比我国体育教育专业学生融入社区体育的发展现状,分析其应然,致力于发展共建共享的社区体育新格局,在对国内体育院校学生专业社会实践融入社区体育开展的影响因素进行分析的基础上发现了目前存在的问题:国内普遍存在社区体育指导员力量不足和社区体育活动无序化;高校缺乏教师专业指导团队以及完善的监督和指导机制,高校与社区双向沟通不畅;学生功利化倾向明显,个人主义观点弥漫等。鉴于此,提出以下建议:(1)社区需增强与社会各体育团体和组织之间的合作,通过建立健全体育义工管理执行系统,与高校齐管共抓。(2)高校在转变思想的同时大力推崇学生入社区进行专业体育服务,培养更多适应社会的实践创新型人才。(3)体育教育专业学生通过专业社会实践,利用所学的专业知识去服务和回报社会,将自己投身于实践活动中去,树立正确的价值观,提升综合素质。By learning the advanced experience and development approaches of the integration and development of community sports and social practice in the United Kingdom and the United States,comparing the development status of the integration of physical education students into community sports in China,analyzing what should be done,this paper is committed to the development of sports that are jointly built and shared by communities.Through the analysis of the influencing factors of the integration of professional social practice of domestic sports college students into the development of community sports,it is found that there are currently insufficient community sports instructors and disordered community sports activities in China,and colleges and universities lack professional guidance teams for teachers.And the supervision and guidance mechanism,the two-way communication between colleges and communities is not smooth,and the students have obvious utilitarian tendencies and the pervasive individualism viewpoints,etc.It is proposed that:(a)the community needs to strengthen cooperation with various sports groups and organizations in the society;(b)The management and execution system of sports volunteers works together with colleges and universities.While changing their thinking,colleges and universities vigorously encourage students to enter the community to provide professional sports services,and cultivate more practical and innovative talents who adapt to the society;(c)Through professional social practice,students majoring in physical education use the professional knowledge they have learned to serve and repay the society,devote themselves to practical activities,establish correct values,and improve their overall quality.
