摘  要:体育课程思政教学是人才培养的核心,是学校体育落实立德树人的基础工程。在对排球课程思政教学理念和教学思路分析的基础上,提出包含行为、制度、精神三个层面,课前、课中、课后、比赛四种学习,以及课堂常规、运动规则、职业素养、班纪班规、中华体育精神五类育人的“三四五”课程思政教学模式,采用该模式对排球正面双手垫球进行教学。研究结果:与传统排球教学相比,该模式能够有效激发学生学习兴趣,促进学生深入思考,改善对体育课程的认识,端正体育学习态度,并且课程目标总达成度为0.78,达成率较好,能够有效提升课程教学质量,形成排球课程与课程思政共同育人的良好效果。The ideological and political teaching in physical education is the core of talent training and the basic project of school physical education implementation.On the basis of analyzing the ideological and political teaching ideas and vlleyball courses,this paper puts forward the ideological and political teaching mode of“3,4,5”course,which includes three levels of behavior,system and spirit,four kinds of learning before class,during class,after class and competition,and five kinds of education including classroom routine,sports rules,professional quality,class discipline and class rules and Chinese sports spirit.The results show that,compared with traditional volleyball teaching,it can effectively stimulate students'interest in learning,promote students'in-depth thinking,improve their understanding of physical education courses and correct their attitude toward physical education.Moreover,the total achievement rate of curriculum goals is 0.78,which can effectively improve the quality of curriculum teaching and form a good effect of integration between volleyball curriculum and ideological and political education.
