摘 要:本文针对加压训练对青少年肌肉适能的影响及可能机制进行全面综述,研究结果表明:(1)加压训练有效改善了青少年肌肉增长,促进青少年生长发育。(2)加压训练提高了青少年的肌肉力量,进而提高运动表现并减少运动损伤。(3)加压训练改善青少年肌肉适能的机制路径主要通过促进肌肉肥大、促进快肌纤维募集、提升肌肉神经支配能力、提升雄性荷尔蒙激素水平来实现。(4)加压训练采用较小的负荷,但其肌肉适能的改善效果与传统高强度阻力训练类似,因此,适用于身体发育未完全的青少年使用。This article comprehensively reviews the influence of KAATSU training on the muscle fitness of teenagers and its possible mechanism.The results show that:(a)KAATSU training effectively improves the muscle growth of teenagers and promotes their growth and development.(b)KAATSU training improves the muscle strength of teenagers,thereby improving sports performance and reducing sports injuries.(c)The mechanism path of KAATSU training to improve the muscle fitness of teenagers is mainly through promoting muscle hypertrophy,promoting fast muscle fiber recruitment,enhancing muscle innervation,and enhancing the level of male hormone.(d)KAATSU training uses a small load,but the improvement effect of its muscle fitness is similar to that of traditional high-intensity resistance training,so it is suitable for teenagers with incomplete physical development.
